We accept Purchase Orders from public schools, government agencies and organizations where we have pre-established credit terms. Place your order online, and select "Purchase Order" as the payment method. After completing the online sale, you'll need to send us your authorized Purchase Order via fax or email. Please reference your online order number and provide a contact name, phone number or email address.

ShippingQ: How will my furniture be delivered to me?
Many items we have fall within the limits of what UPS can carry, while others are too large and must travel by truck.Q: What is Tailgate Delivery?
The driver is only responsible for moving the shipment to the tailgate of the trailer. You are responsible for removing the shipment from the truck and into the building.Q: What does Inside Delivery include?
Truck driver will help offload the shipment from the truck and bring it just inside the door, out of the weather. You will need to provide assistance.Q: How are my delivery charges calculated?
Delivery charges are based on origin and destination locations, weight and size of product, and the delivery services required.Q: How long after my order will it take to receive my product(s)?

If you need your product(s) sooner, give us a call at 800-872-6611. We may be able to help. We have many items that are in stock and ship within 5 business days.Q: What should I look for when my order arrives?
When your items are delivered, note any discrepancy or damage on the receipt before you sign it. Items should be inspected by opening all cartons even if the outside of the carton does not appear damaged. If you notice damage to any item, you may refuse delivery of that item by marking “Damaged and Refused” on the delivery receipt. If refused for any reason other than damage, additional charges may apply. If you accept delivery of damaged items save all cartons and inner packing.Q: What if my products arrive damaged/broken?
If there is damage, contact our Sales Department immediately at 800-872-6611. Freight companies and K-Log, Inc. require that any claim for loss or damage be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Failure to note damage or shortage on delivery receipt or to notify K-Log, Inc. within 5 days constitutes a waiver of claim. If you find that you are missing parts at time of assembly, please contact our Sales Department and replacement parts will be sent to you as quickly as possible.Q: Do you sell replacement parts?

Returns / CancellationsQ: What is your return policy?
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Custom-built items or items without original packaging are non-returnable. Items are also non-returnable once they have been assembled or used. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and freight charges.Q: How do I return my items if I am not satisfied?
