CAL TB117: California Technical Bulletin 117-75 effective since October of 1975 is a standard by which upholstered furniture is tested to be approved as meeting a minimum fire standard. CAL TB133: Is a standard of furniture flammability required by the California Bureau of Home Furnishings and Thermal Insulation and is a full-scale fire test for furniture manufactured for use in public buildings. To meet this standard, a fire blocking liner is incorporated between the foam and the fabric of the chair. This liner acts as a fire extinguisher by smothering the flame. Back to top

Q: How will my furniture be delivered to me? Many items we have fall within the limits of what UPS can carry, while others are too large and must travel by truck. Back to top

Q: What is Tailgate Delivery? The driver is only responsible for moving the shipment to the tailgate of the trailer. You are responsible for removing the shipment from the truck and into the building. Back to top

Q: What does Inside Delivery include? Truck driver will help offload the shipment from the truck and bring it just inside the door, out of the weather. You will need to provide assistance. Back to top

Q: How are my delivery charges calculated? Delivery charges are based on origin and destination locations, weight and size of product, and the delivery services required. Back to top

Q: What should I look for when my order arrives? When your items are delivered, note any discrepancy or damage on the receipt before you sign it. Items should be inspected by opening all cartons even if the outside of the carton does not appear damaged. If you notice damage to any item, you may refuse delivery of that item by marking “Damaged and Refused” on the delivery receipt. If refused for any reason other than damage, additional charges may apply. If you accept delivery of damaged items save all cartons and inner packing. Back to top

Q: What if my products arrive damaged/broken? If there is damage, contact our Sales Department immediately at 800-872-6611. Freight companies and K-Log, Inc. require that any claim for loss or damage be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. Failure to note damage or shortage on delivery receipt or to notify K-Log, Inc. within 10 days constitutes a waiver of claim. If you find that you are missing parts at time of assembly, please contact our Sales Department and replacement parts will be sent to you as quickly as possible. Back to top

Q: What is your return policy? Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Custom-built items or items without original packaging are non-returnable.
